About NC-PMA

Two solid histories.  One promising future.

Now come the CURRENT and LAST Presidents . . .

Thus began the closing and formation documents that brought to closure the legal
merger of Mechanical Contractors of NC and Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors
of NC. After years of consideration, months of deep and meaningful discussions
between the Boards of Directors, unanimous approval by all votes cast on the part
of both memberships, and a multitude of man hours spent drafting, developing,
completing and filing the required legal documentation, Rodney Pressley, Current
and Last President of MC of NC, and Charlie Oxford, Current and Last President
of PHCC-NC signed their names and the North Carolina Plumbing and Mechanical
Association was sealed into existence. As in the case of its predecessors, NCPMA
will exist for the benefit of its members, the furtherance and betterment of the
cooling, heating, and plumbing industries of North Carolina and the safety and
well being of its citizens as affected by the members of these honorable trades.
Beginning on January 1st, 2012, 150 years of experience, heritage, service, and
promise comes together to begin the realization of a new and exciting future.

Hearty congratulations are due for all who worked so diligently and
sacrificially to reach this milestone.  Together, the members and leaders of NCPMA
are poised and ready to live into this new reality together, to tackle the challenges
ahead with openness, honesty, and integrity, and to fulfill the goals that will be
established for this new and promising association.
